The Bus-Bar section is specially designed to accommodate adequate size of Bus Bars to match the current capacity, and are totally sealed to aviod any human error. The Bus-Bars are mounted on epoxy moulded type bus-bar insulators with adequate insulation safety factor.
The Air Gap is totally eliminated by fish plates and then bolted. adequate gap is maintained between each phases. The bus bar are insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves of adequate insulation. All outgoing bus bars are supported by epoxy insulators of adequate size to support and sustain the weight of outgoing cables/short circuit conditions with anti tracking facility. All incoming bus bars are covered with MS sheet to avoid any human contact. The Bus Bars material used is aluminium of Electorlytic grade.
Different type of harnesses are being used for various starters and meter wiring etc. as per IS-8623 standards. All components/instruments in the panel are levelled with proper marking which enable even a layman to repair the equipments. The standard harnesses enable easy inter-changeability of feeders. 1.5 sqmm Copper Flexible wire is used for control wiring, 2.5 sqmm for CT wiring and minimum 4 sqmm Copper Flexible wire is used for power wiring. All cable ends are thimbled and starters are wired upto ready to use termination point.
The heat generated by the Bus-Bars due to different working conditions is normalized in the panels through louvers, cutout, which are provided at the required places. They allow the heat to escape, which increases the life of the electrical components. All the louvers are adequately closed with wire mesh to avoid entry of insects etc.
All accessories used are of standard companies and have been selected after vigorous scrutiny. They meet all the required quality standards ensuring long life performance.
